James Marlin Edge was born on 22 Aug 1916 near Kendalia, Kendall, Texas and died 25 Oct 2002 near Kendalia, Kendall, Texas. He was the son of Alonzo L Edge and Helen Wallace Edge.
On 7 Dec 1945 he married Eleanora Schmidt.
They had two children:
Richard Marlin Edge (1946 - living) who married Sharon Fay Stevens (1951 - living) on 25 May 1969; and
Ellen Marie Edge (1948 - living) who married Don Ricks (1940 - living) on 15 Jun 1969.
