Donald Raymond "Ray" Piper was born 19 Jan 1934 in McLennan County, Texas and died on 7 Aug 2016. He was the son of Frank Woodrow Piper and Ruth Faith McDonald Piper.
He married Rosemary Elaine Schuetz.
They had one son:
Donald Ray Piper (1962 - living).
