Thomas Henry Baskin was born 4 Feb 1939 in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas and died 3 Jan 2021 in Bastrop, Bastrop, Texas. He was the son of  Herbert Pennell Baskin and Constance A Krause.

He married Sandra Annette Edes (1941 - living) on 14 Jan 1960. They had three children:

Thomas Allen Baskin;

Katherine Ann Baskin (1962 - living) who married on Juan Soliz in 1994; and

Daniel Eugene Baskin (1963 - living).
