Edith Schmidt was born 6 Jul 1915 in
Hugo, Hays, Texas and died 27 Aug 1993 in Schertz, Guadalupe, Texas. She was the
daughter of
Richard "Windmill" Schmidt and
Marie Louise Sophie Schlather
Schmidt.
She married Irvin Milton Edge on 10 Sep 1945. They had four children:
Sylvia Jean Edge (1946 - living) who married Richard W Horton (1946 - living) on 30 Apr 1981;
Milton Morgan Edge (1947 - living);
Wanda Lee Edge (1948 - living); and
