was the son of Nestor Specht and
Janie Mae Schuetz Specht.
On 14 Sep 1968 he married Mary Virginia Lister. They had four daughters:
Leslie Lorraine Specht (1970 - living) who married Eduardo M Calzoncit;
Nancy Carole Specht (1973 - living) who married James M Turo, Jr; and
Lizette Leann Specht (1978 - living).
