Ella Emma Kneupper was born 17 Apr 1919 in
Kendalia, Kendall, Texas and died in Kendalia on 15 Jul 2003.
She was the daughter of George Kneupper and Minnie Bindseil Kneupper.
On 8 Aug 1936 she married Erwin Gass. They had four children:
Esther May Gass (8 Jan 1939 - living) who married Leon Howard "Cowboy" Shannon;
Freddie Gass (1940 - living) who married Charlotte Jean Mentch (1949 - living);
Jimmy Erwin Gass (1947 - living) who married Brenda Gail Reese (1951 - living); and
Ronnie Gass (1957 - living) who married
Theresa Ann Zuercher (1960 - living) on 16 Dec 1977 and
Connie Marie Preston (1959 - living) on 28 Jan 1989.
