Wanda Elizabeth Wise was born 21 Aug 1923 in
San Antonio, Bexar, Texas and died 23 Sep 2006 in Boerne, Kendall, Texas.
She was the daughter of Richard Lee Wise and Louise Schaefer Wise.
On 13 Mar 1943 she married Fred Peter Elbel. They had three children:
Frederick Peter Elbel (1946 - 2020) who married Donna Oatman (1948 - living);
Edward Richard Elbel (1949 - living) who married Cynthia Fest (1951 - living); and
Donald Paul Elbel (1956- living) who married Jo Ann Santos (1952 - living).
