Seraphine "Sarah" Babel was born 6 May 1866
in Seguin, Guadalupe, Texas and died in New Braunfels, Comal, Texas on 23 Jul
1949.
She was the daughter of Amandus Babel and Amalia Sieffert Babel.
She married Carl Wilhelm Kneupper on 30 Jul 1884. They had six children:
Olga Annie Kneupper who married William Edward "Willie" Ludolf in 1914;
Paul Martin Kneupper who married Ida Lottie Grosser on 26 Aug 1916;
Herman C Kneupper who married Lillian C Acker on 15 Nov 1919;
Pauline Gretchin Kneupper who married Frank Sultenfuss on 29 Jan 1910;
Alma Katherine Kneupper who married Sidney Francis Edge in 1913;
Alfred George Kneupper who married Pauline Annie Acker on 16 Nov 1921.
